Every job is a custom order to us. There are many kinds of stationery that we offer, at so many different quantities, that no two orders are alike. Therefore, we have found that this type of product requires personal assistance. And our customers appreciate talking to a real person knowing that their needs are being attended to.

With a request or a question, you should contact us via email . Include your name and email address. We answer every email by the following day (sometimes in minutes).
For a price quote please be specific about the item you desire. Include such information as:
- the text and line by line layout of your copy
- quantities and types of items (invitations, cards, letterheads, envelopes, etc.)
- any item numbers or sizes
- paper and ink colors
We will assist you in choosing any or all of these requirements. Feel free to ask for our advice as we have been helping customers choose stationery for almost 100 years.

Consider giving us your phone number so we may go over your request. You can also call us directly, and many of our customers prefer to do so. In most cases this is the most efficient way of filling an order, and insures the order is correct.
Engraving & Paper Samples
On some items, samples of paper stock are available upon request. These will be plain sheets of paper sent to you by mail. Samples of engraving are also available upon request. Please be specific about a desired piece and we will try to send something similar.
Proofs
On all new jobs, or jobs with changes we will send you a proof. This will show the desired copy, font, size and position on the piece. This process is usually accomplished with an Adobe PDF file posted by email. We can also mail the proof.
Payment
We accept Visa & Mastercard and other bankcard payments via PayPal invoice. There is no need for you to have a PayPal account in order to use this payment method. An invoice will e-mailed directly to you that will have a payment button. Repeat customers and some businesses can receive payment terms.
Delivery
We make every effort to fill orders as rapidly as possible. Please allow between 10 to 20 days for completion of order and 2-5 days for delivery of the completed product. We usually ship UPS ground, but other options are available upon request. We can ship to our international customers, but more time should be allowed for this.
